Order Cancellation & Refund Policy – TexVibe

At TexVibe, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please review our full cancellation and refund policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at texvibe424@gmail.com or Whatsapp  at 9600205123 with your order number.

Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Refund Process

  • If your cancellation is accepted, Refund Amount  will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 Business days.

  • Refund Process

    1. Initiate Request
      Email us at texvibe424@gmail.com  or use the Return/Refund Request form on our website with:

      • Order ID

      • Reason for refund

      • Photo/video proof (if damaged/defective)

    2. Review & Approval
      Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and confirm eligibility.

    3. Return Pickup / Shipping

      • If approved, we will arrange a Reverse pickup (if serviceable), or you’ll be asked to self-ship the item to our return address.

      • Self-shipping charges will be Reimbursed up to ₹100 with a valid courier receipt.

    4. Refund Issuance

      • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

      • For COD orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund.
