We want you to love your TexVibe purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or embroidered products

  • Clearance items

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@texvibe.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable). We will guide you through the process.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
